The story of Cleo is interspersed with her own documentary footage of interviews with renowned experts in the field of extraterrestrial phenomena. In documenting the facts of her past, Cleo eventually uncovers her own true identity, while a clever ET finds an uncanny solution to the ills of humanity, with a cosmic twist.
