Bad Taxidermy: With Seth Austin, Kermit C Burns, Dexter Elkin, Marley Freygang. Beginning in sunny, greedy, and cutthroat Hollywood we meet three filmmakers TINY, LIZ and MAVERICK. After riding the coattails of their talented writer, REX, they have found fame and fortune. Their latest hit suspense/horror film, Bad Taxidermy, is a week out from its premier; however, a buzz is growing: "Are these gruesome films based off of real murders?" As the heat starts to pick up, we meet SAM, their in-the-know literary agent who is considering coming clean. After a panicked exchange, TINY, LIZ, MAVERICK, and SAM decide to pay their writer REX a visit. We end the film in REX's creepy mountainous workshop where the team hopes to cover their tracks and escape with their crime-laden fame. When your world begins to unravel, what would you do to sew it all back together?
